Our Mission

Helping Veterans Get Where They Need to Go.

Transportation should never be the reason a veteran misses an appointment or errand. When a ride is the only thing standing between a veteran and everyday life, the community steps in.

An honest promise: requesting a ride does not guarantee transportation.

Availability depends on volunteer schedules, location, safety, insurance, applicable policies, and program capacity. We work hard to coordinate a ride whenever we can, but we cannot guarantee every request.

How It Started

One Veteran Helping Others Inspired a Bigger Mission.

For years, Craig Lehman heard about his uncle Kevin Farrell, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and retired NJ Transit professional, using his own time and vehicle to drive veterans to appointments, shopping, and errands, for no recognition at all.

That quiet act of service became Lehman Industries Veterans Express, an organization built to carry the same promise forward across the community.

"One person's willingness to give a ride became the inspiration for an organization dedicated to helping veterans get where they need to go."

Three ways to move the mission forward.

Whether you served, want to serve, or want to fund the service, there's a place for you.
